Sprint to Announce EVO 3D, EVO View, and Nexus S

According to Androidandme.com, Sprint will be announcing 3 new gadgets at CTIA 2011.  According to their website, they start at 3/21/2011.

• EVO 3D
• EVO View (supposed HTC 4G tablet)
• Nexus S 4G

Most likely, the first 2 are made by HTC, and of course, the Nexus S 4G by Samsung.

I'm not sure what the whole hype about 3D is about.  I think it's about as dumb as the silly dual hinge phone that Sprint announced with David Blaine about a month ago.  Who needs 3D phones???

As for the View tablet and the Nexus S 4G, I think they'll be more popular.  But the iPad 2 will be out soon and the Nexus S is made by Samsung, who does not have a great track record for Android updates or for general quality, although hardware wise, their specs are impressive.  Many Samsung Galaxy S owners are disgruntled over the lack of Android updates and the GPS locking not working right.
